The Becker College Game Department hosts the first annual Gamers' Fair. This event is open to the students of Colleges of the Worcester Consortium and the public. For $1 entrance fee, there will be pizza and open games to be played on various consoles as well as table top varieties. There will be a bake sale from the Game Design Club, and four game tournaments with cash prizes [Brawl, Counter Strike, Call of Duty, and Guitar Hero].

The cost to enter the tournaments is $2 per person for Brawl and Guitar Hero, and $10 per team for Counter Strike [up to 5 team members] and Call of Duty [up to 4 team members]. Tournament entrants do not have to pay for general admission. Those who wish to volunteer for a two hour shift for setup, closing, tournament registration, or entrance monitor, receive free entry. Lots of fun to be had by all!
