Have you ever wondered how glass beads are made? Spend a fun, interactive evening in the New Street Glass Studio learning about the history and process of glass beadmaking, and the art behind the creation of beautiful glass jewelry. Working with an instructor, you will learn to make your very own colorful glass beads behind the flame of a torch. Safety and proper studio use will be covered in depth. No experience necessary. Materials: All materials are included. Prerequisite: None.

Avoid wearing man made fibers. Students should bring a bottle of water with them to class. All glass classes take place at the Worcester Center for Crafts offsite glass facility New Street Glass Studio, 35B New Street, Worcester, MA 01605
